| We've seen a copycat out of South America already. For some reason, Columbine is really popular down there right now. It's almost as if they've just discovered it. |

| Columbine is an event that caught global attention. I think a lot of americans are sort of unaware how their media and popular culture tends to have an impact outside of the US. My whole observation regarding conversations with a lot of americans. | |

. I do find this kind off puzzling. Is it because some south americans have a similar problem with violence? I mean: True Crime isnt really that unpopular and I can understand why its fascinating: Because its interesting to understand the way people think. Or to trie and understand what is difficult. I might be wrong, but I guess I could understand it a bit more if you are from a country which seems to have similar problems with gang related violence and etc. As I dont think we have the same level of crime in Scandinavia as other countries. Of course, this is just pure speculation, though. But any thoughts? Like any other country we have problems with bullying in schools and in the worklpace, but only Finland so far seems to have had a major problem with school shootings

I personally think it seems that way because a lot of the American videos on Columbine get taken down, the spanish ones seem to stay the distance.
