In his journal, Dylan calls some people zombies. And a zombie - devoid of a developed mind creatures. These mindless creatures can't perceive the world as it is perceived by those who thinks like Dylan.
Dylan wrote:
Dark. Light. God. Lucifer. Heaven. Hell. GOOD. BAD. Yes, the ever-lasting contrast. Since existence has known the ‘fight’ between good & evil has continued. Obviously, this fight can never end. Good things turn bad, bad things become good, the ‘people’ on the earth see it as a battle they can win. HA fuckin morons. If people looked at History, they would see what happens. I think, too much, I understand, I am GOD compared to some of those un-existable brainless zombies. Yet, the actions of them interest me, like a kid with a new toy. Another contrast, more of a paradox, actually, like the advanced go for the undevelopeds realm, while some of the morons become everything dwellers — but exceptions to every rule, & this is a BIG exception — most morons never change, they never decide to live in the ‘everything’ frame of mind!
It is not clear whether Dylan believes that his friends are zombies, but his parents definitely fall into this category.
Dylan wrote:
By the way, some zombies are smarter than others, some manipulate . . . like my parents
It is obvious that Dylan believes that some people are still worthy to be called gods. Though it is not known who exactly he meant. And whether Eric is among the godlike.
Dylan wrote:
Almost happiness is slavery — the real people (gods) are slaves to the majority of zombies, but we know & love being superior.
Dylan wrote:
I am GOD,  Question  is GOD the zombies will pay for their arrogance, hate, fear, abandoned, & distrust
It seems that Dylan has changed since the beginning of high school. It's as if he reinvents his identity. But he doesn't think something is wrong, something happened to his mind. He thinks that people do not understand him. But he, nevertheless, understood everything.
Dylan wrote:
To most people, I appear . . . well . . . almost scary, but that’s who I appear to be as people are afraid of what they don’t understand. I denied who I was for a long time. Until high school.
   He thinks about those changes.
Dylan wrote:
A lot on the past though . . . I’ve always had a thing for the past — how it reacts to the present & the future — or rather vice versa. I wonder how/when I got so fucked up w my mind, existence, problem — when Dylan Benet Klebold got covered up by this entity containing Dylan’s body
Dylan studied philosophy. Perhaps he was familiar with the concept of "philosophical zombies".
Quote :
A philosophical zombie or p-zombie in the philosophy of mind and perception is a hypothetical being that is indistinguishable from a normal human being except that it lacks conscious experience, qualia, or sentience.[1] For example, if a philosophical zombie was poked with a sharp object it would not feel any pain sensation, yet could behave exactly as if it does feel pain (it may say "ouch", recoil from the stimulus, and say that it is in pain).    I don't want to go into different philosophical nonsense. But maybe Dylan really believed that most people are actually pacifiers that just seem to be people? What "real people" are like him.
Or he uses the word zombie in a pejorative sense. He used it to refer to ignorant people. He compares himself with the popular kids, whom he considers happy, but ignorant.
Dylan wrote:
as I see the people at school — some good, some bad — I see how different I am (aren’t we all you’ll say) yet I’m on such a greater scale of difference than everyone else (as far as I know, or guess). I see jocks having fun, friends, women, LIVEZ.
Or rather shallow existences compared to mine (maybe) like ignorance = bliss. They don’t know beyond this world (how I do in my mind or in reality or in this existence) yet we each are lacking something that the other possesses — I lack the true human nature that Dylan owned & they lack the overdeveloped mind/imagination/knowledge too
He also seems to find in this the cause of his depression.
Dylan wrote:
Fact: People are so unaware. . . . well, Ignorance is bliss I guess. . . . that would explain my depression. — Dylan
So, what do you think about this?

Dylan was an existentialist. He felt that life was not enough, but in the same time he wanted it to be authentic.
The "Zombies" are those who drift through life without asking any question, especially abstract and absurd ones. They fit in society because they are supposed to do so.

I think Dylan wanted to be a God and may have believed it at one point but I also think he at the same time thought he was not a God. He thought he was above all the other "zombies" but at the same time he was crushed by them. What kind of God allows that?
