Eric inside Columbine was filmed 20 years ago this month..... 20 years ago.. how do we feel? It's so odd thinking about that.

must've been after the 18th since the first day of school was then, and then maybe a week after that since they talk about welcome back posters still hanging around. They do mention september 9th and then something about 14 days, so maybe 14 days left? Around the 25th maybe?

it's really odd, hard to wrap my head around it since watching the video makes it seem like he's still around somehow

I know... sometimes it’s so strange to see a video and realize they’re dead.

I get that way when I see a video on YouTube with a friend of mine who passed. I still remember when it was filmed and everything

Is it a reasonable assumption that when Dylan mentions the senior prank to his mom that he is hinting at the massacre?

I think so yes.

When Eric encountered John and told him to "go home", was it before or after he placed the Cafeteria bomb?

John who? Eric told Brooks to go home and it was after they put the bombs in the Cafeteria. Eric put a bomb in the Cafeteria at 10:59 AM. Eric told Brooks to "go home" around 11:14 AM.

I meant to put Brooks sorry, I'm an idiot.

They did let a guy named John who was hiding under one of the Library tables go too. You can see him run down the stairs at 11:34 AM.

I read somewhere that they played it, i'm curious if it's true and if it is, i would appreciate more info about it. Apologize if this is a stupid question

The video games based on the tabletop game weren't released until the 2000s and I don't believe either of them were into tabletop games, so as far as I know (which, mind you, I do not know everything) they never played it.

Were there still any (living and conscious) kids in the library by the time E&D killed themselves?

Lisa Kreutz and Patrick Ireland would have still been there. Ireland does not remember much, for obvious reasons.
Kreutz, in her police statement, believes that she was awake for most of the time she lay there waiting for rescue and kept track of the time by listening to the school bells ring. She stated that she did remember someone coming back into the library after E&D left but she didn't remember any details. She also reported hearing another explosion either inside or outside of the library after all of the other students had left.

I believe there was 46 people still in library when E&D committed suicide.

I thought it was just 2.

Lisa and Patrick. Where did you get 46?

I read somewhere it was only two too (if I remember well the other students left the library after Eric and Dylan left). If there was really 46 people in the library when they committed suicide, we would probably have reliable details about their last moments, especially since "only" 24 people were injured during the whole massacre, so it would mean that if all the injured were in the library, 22 people would not have been injured at all.

Well it was how many when E&D left the library, I guess some of them left but I suppose some of left when E&D came back. There had to be more than 2 though.

This is a very sinister tribute video. It is weird that they chose images of the attack and of people crying instead of pictures of the victims.

The first thing I see in the comment section is someone saying that E&D were the bullies and psychopaths, they even cited Dave Cullen, people can be so ignorant.

What was Eric and Dylan's parents' views on the music and video games their son liked? Were they open-minded about it (before the shooting)?

I think we learn a bit about what Dylan's mom thought about the music and video games. She didn't like Dylan watching so many violent movies and would always check in with the parents of friends Dylan was hanging out with to see what they were watching etc... I don't know how many video games she knew about since when he was on the computer Sue said he was usually talking to friends and he was a beta tester for microsoft. Most people assume that Dylan played some Chemical Brothers for his parents on their way to the University of Arizona and they liked it.

I think Eric had to hide a lot of his more edgy interests because I imagine Wayne and Kathy were WAY more conservative. I am trying to think back to Wayne's notebook because I imagine that is the only sense we have of what he thought about Eric's interests.

Maybe Sue changed her mind after the shooting when she thought about what she failed in Dylan's education and put the role of movies and video games into perspective.

Do you think she "failed" Dylan's education? Because she was such a loving mother (I do not doubt Eric's parents loved their son too) and, unlike Eric, Dylan showed so few signs. I think that if the child doesn't want to talk and hide his feelings, there's nothing you can do. I myself would probably have never talked to my parents, and yet they made me feel confident about them and I know they care. But it's just that I'm not the kind of person who talks to others about my problems. Dylan was probably the same (btw, do we know if he often talked to Eric about his depression?). And unlike Nancy (although I don't want to be too harsh toward Nancy because she really loved and cared for Adam and she was his first victim, and yet, she was really reckless by providing his troubled son weapons), she didn't "helped" him to gain the capacity to be a killer.

Has anyone ever figured out what Eric mumbles about Trenchcoat Mafia when he is off camera during Hitmen for Hire?

Another question... are there any victims that we don't have a lot of information about, like home movies etc? I know Lauren's mom is often in the media but I realized I have never seen any home videos of her or heard any funny stories...
