Yesterday I saw this E-card on Facebook with the following quote:
"I'm not saying let's go kill all the stupid people
I'm just saying let's remove all the warning labels and let the problem sort itself out."
I was a little bit in shock, because at first I thought it was almost a litteral quote from Eric himself, but after I looked it up, I noticed that it resembled a lot of Eric's quote, but it wasn't quite the same.
I need to take a brake from this Columbine stuff sometimes

I am so very happy to be part of this place. This is the only place where people really understand why we are so into this.

It's a very fitting one -- can definitely see why you were reminded of Eric so strongly. Could've been a literal quote for sure. (Stuff like this always makes me wonder how their online presence would look if they were in their teens and alive today, haha.)

I would have to think that whoever came up with that Ecard MUST have seen Eric's statement before, and either remembered it directly or subliminally.

I instantly thought of Eric when I first saw it too. This one also reminded me a lot of him.

I thought it was about Robert Hawkins for the longest time. I still do because they mentioned "Robert". Then they tried to downplay it and say it was about Columbine because what's his names brother or something went there.
Nah, I still think Pumped Up Kicks was about Robbie.
