Who's the blond girl?

In a video called ''Eric inside Columbine'', he and Mike are talking to an unidentified blond girl. Is that Rachel De Witt or someone else entirely? And is that the same girl as ''Eric in Columbine'' we see in a very short video segment where Eric pretends to strangle a blond girl with a cord?

The blonde girl is Brandi Tinkleburg. It is also the same girl who Eric pretends to strangle.  And just to clarify the girl who Eric spent prom night and mentioned in their goodbye video with is Susan Dewitt not Rachel.

This article has been posted in a previous thread but I found the following on Brandi. She was asked to the prom by Eric but turned him down, he never looked at her or spoke to her when they met again in video production class.
