In 1977, a teacher killed two students in a Brazil rehabilitation workshop

On March 13, 2019, two former students killed seven people in a school and had earlier killed a nephew of one of the shooters, before comitting suicide, in Suzano, São Paulo, Brazil.

Its good to remember, that 42 years ago, on December 20, 1977, at the Oficina de Reabilitação do Instituto Nacional de Previdência Social in Curitiba, the teacher Mauricio Samways Neto, 25, shot and killed the students Joeleir Belo de Freitas, 31 and Aparicio Pascoal, 29. Two others teachers, Almy Andretta and Dirley Gusseto, who were in the same room, received shots fired at them, but none hit them.

Earlier, Mauricio said that he entered the workshop at 1:30 a.m. and two people offered him a firearm, because them offered the gun to a teacher named Jonas, but he was not interested. Interested in the offer, Mauricio asked them to see the gun and they went to another room in the bottom of the hall. At that room it was showed for him the gun and ammunition, but he then the teacher said that he had seen colored lights and felt small, while others were giants. When he was at home of his uncle it was there where he knew the murders. Mauricio said at the moment that he remembered nothing and said that he had asthma, and that he had periodic hallucinations and that interrupted him from sleeping, making that him see illusions similar to what he saw at the workshop.

Mauricio told, that sometime ago, he suffered a bicycle accident at the Serra da Graciosa, when he had a collision with his friend bicycle and they both fell from a ravine, causing nose and heads injuries, but he still removed his friend and carried him to the Hospital de Antonima. When asked with his relation with the workshop, Mauricio said it was fine, that he had no enemies.

There appears to have no more sources in this event. However, Google searches about "Mauricio Samways Neto" shows two court texts of Paraná of sentenced people, including a certain Mauricio Samways Neto. If this is him, I would like why there is no more information on this case.
