Whose computer is this at the beginning of the video?

It looks like an older version of Windows.

It's most likely windows 95, because on the taskbar there are no quicklaunch icons between the start button and the tabs. The quicklaunch buttons were a feature introduced in windows 98.

Something that tends to go mostly unmentioned is that this (and certainly other such footage) was edited on a PC (the actual software running one catches a glimpse of briefly at the beginning of this video, and a few others) and recorded back onto VHS, in the high school video production classroom-- [at least] some of it most likely during the actual class period (rather than during afterschool hours).  I'm not inclined to believe that Harris or Klebold, or their associates, edited these videos outside of the high school facilities.  And that speaks considerably to the laxity, and privilege, and the whole atmosphere of the school prior to the events of 04/20/99.
