As Jenn pointed out above Mr Klebold also received the items in that list in 2003. (2/20/2003) pg(11795A) Which can be found here:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]The way in which this list is written it would certainly appear that the T Shirt mentioned could indeed be the Wrath shirt. Upon reading the page following 11795A it seems like the Klebold's had to go through some sort of legal appeal to get these items returned.
It's possible the Harris family did not want the items returned to them that Eric was wearing on 4/20, or did not seek to get them back, which is understandable.
Mr Harris and Mr Klebold did receive additional clothing that belonged to E/D as documented in the property release. However these were items taken from their homes. It seems black clothing was somehow considered suspicious and was taken into evidence.
Evidence item #'s 900+ did not include items taken from the Harris and Klebold homes.
Note: Any clothing removed from the Harris home will have an evidence item# between 200 - 340 and for Klebold item# 400 - 463.
