I don't know about you, but the way Elliot makes the videos, especially the last one, is pretty forced. which indicates a planning of speeches. which is confirmed with the existence of two videos about his "retribution".

Elliot was also a misanthrope. some might say it was due to his "sexual frustration". do not. Elliot didn't attack for that. Elliot had been exposed to firearms since 2012. This means at least 2-3 months of planning time before December 2012.

As far as I know, the wrecked car ended up in a car garage for parts, but knowing how it works, I'm sure it could have been bought. there is not much information beyond that.

love to see how most still believe that Elliot was just a dumb kid who made a pointless attack. well, most people were never right so it's good never to expect truth from her. Elliot was a true evil genius.
