Movies/TV Shows/Songs/Celebs or any form of media that you think a mass shooter would've enjoyed but never got to see. I'll go first
Eric and Dylan: Sewerslvt (Artist), MacDemarco (Artist), Deftones (Band, they never got to see the later albums) American Psycho (Movie), Kill Bill (Movie), Wolf of Wallstreet (Movie), Talladega Nights (Movie), Night Crawler (Movie), The Boys( TV Show) Eric specifically would've enjoyed it the most, Call Of Duty (Video Game) would've absolutely fucking love it, Grand Theft Auto series (Video Game Series), RuneScape (Video Game), and Eric would've liked old school 4Chan
I think I'm missing some but these are off the top of my head

I think I'm missing some but these are off the top of my head
You missed an obvious one in Doom 2016, plus the Doom movie(s) and mods like Brutal Doom. Likely also Postal 2, Counter Strike, and Hatred. Musically, KMFDM released multiple other albums and songs, as did Nine Inch Nails, so assuming their musical tastes stayed the same they would’ve liked that too.

I think Eric and Dylan would’ve liked the Postal movie and the American Horror Story Series.

I don't know if Eric/Dylan would've been into anime but if they were Jin Roh: The Wolf Brigade and Death Note are two obvious picks. In other Japanese media, there's Battle Royale (the movie, not the game genre). Funny Games would also probably be one of their favorites.

I can see Dylan like Sewerslvt, but Eric?
Yeah to me those to kinda don’t count because those are IPS they already knew and loved so it’s basically implied that they would like it instantly just because of their past experiences. Eric wouldn’t like Sewerslvt as much as Dylan but there is some old school techno sounding songs Sewerslvt makes that Eric might like so I included Eric but Dylan would absolutely loved it, also I forgot to mention The Fallout series.

oh my GOD. my first impression was that the account was funny, like who has the audacity to say he's eric?? and his liked videos are perfect, germany, guns, and slim jims. however i really don't like the fact that he's literally making a violent threat in every post. i hope he's joking but i wouldn't put it past someone. we saw what randy stair believed in and what he was capable of doing. i'm hoping he's just looking for attention..

Lanza missed out on Blackfish, given the subject matter I assume he would've held some interest in it. I don't think there's a whole lot else he would've enjoyed considering his crippling depression and cynicism.

Eric and Dylan: The Matrix, The Thirteenth Floor, and KMFDM - Adios. The Matrix came out before they died, but I don't recall ever reading of them seeing it. Pekka-Eric Auvinen: Call of Duty 4, Deus Ex, and Hitman: Blood Money. These three games came out before he died, but I don't recall ever reading of him playing them even though I guarantee that he would have liked the third. I'm pretty sure Pekka mainly played Battlefield 2 and Hitman 2. Adam Lanza missed out on the COVID-19 pandemic. Maybe he could've taken that as an opportunity to isolate himself even further.
