Didn't he call himself an outcast!? That's not normie behavior btw, i did similar things when i was in public school. But I got screwed and the majority always treated like I was lesser then them.

My bad, he was definitely bullied in elementary school and middle school. My thought process was he wasn't really bullied and instead picked on people in high school.

Youre not wrong at all, he became a bully after school, harassing people in his workplace and online, also even when he was bullied, at least in high school he wasnt a shy quiet kid who looks down after being slapped in the backhead, it is said that he used to bring Box gloves in school always looking for fights

In his jobs he used to harass his female coworkers and with the male coworkers he threatened them, in one of the reports its mentioned its said that once he almost went into a fist fight with one of his coworkers because he didnt like the opinion that the other dude had.

Yes, his behavior towards female co-workers could be considered bullying. He also threatened some girl with rape iirc.

As for his gf, I think we should treat her allegations with caution. I know from my own experience that the school community (or the local community in general) can manipulate someone's loved one and use this person against them. But ofc that doesn't mean I deny his girlfriend's allegations.

Most of the ones who bullied others were the kinds of kids in school who got bullied and picked on people at the same time. Salvador Ramos, Omar Mateen (not a school shooter but was still described this way), and Harris and Klebold, for example. I don't know of any who were quote-on-quote pure bullies, as some places describe it.
