belgrade shooting all over tiktok

hello y'all. so i highly doubt that many of you are on tiktok, but i've noticed an interesting trend. almost every day i get some form of tiktok about the belgrade shooting. i'm not really that active in the tcc community on tiktok, and i don't see tcc posts very often. but i don't think that these posts are just in the tcc, i think they're showing up on a lot of people's for you pages because some of these posts are getting upwards of 500k views. i didn't think this shooting would cause this much conversation on tiktok of all places. i think it's pretty interesting, does anyone have an idea why?

most of them are memorial pages and memorial posts, there's an audio that is supposedly andrija cikic singing, who was killed in the shooting. here's the link to that. there's another interesting tiktok which is supposedly one of the girls angelina ? who was shot, in the hospital saying 'i'm alive, stay mad kosta' here's that one.

i've also been seeing a fair amount of salvador ramos twitter type girlies who are unhealthily obsessed with kosta, making fan accounts and edits. they aren't nearly as popular and the comments are full of people shaming them (rightfully so) anyways they're pretty funny, so i thought i'd share a couple

I mentioned this before it's fucking annoying.
They are even over here since we have a good amount of Serbs and other Yugos. It's obviously cuz we Europeans (exept Russians) aren't that used to School Shootings like u Americans. Considering Winnenden and Erfurt for example happened pretty long ago.

that makes sense. i think i assumed that the russian shootings would still be close enough to home for most europeans, but i can understand russia being like the wild west compared to the rest of europe. especially considering the difference in politics and also more lax gun control in russia
