Harphul Singh

I’m making a spreadsheet of notable arson and attempted or intended fire-starting, and all of the details of said cases. I was scrolling through another list of mine to look for usage of ignition tools like lighters and gasoline, and found “Ignition Gear,” on the “Arsenal” tab of Singh, and I don’t think I would add that in randomly, so, does anyone have any links to articles about him, or anything like that? If I remember correctly I got some of my information on him from the Amok Wiki, but it’s not up anymore so I can’t find anything on this guy. Please send any and all info on Harphul Singh that you possess. Not just for me, but because it would seem there’s no longer much of a reliable source. At least not on the English internet.
