Ruslan Zinin who attacked the military commissioner in Ust-Ilimsk got sentenced to 19 years of imprisonment[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The East district military court convicted Ruslan Zinin of the terrorist attack and illegal possession and manufacture of weapons.
In September, 2022, Ruslan Zinin attacked military commissioner Alexander Eliseev in the military commissariat located in Ust-Ilimsk who was hospitalized with serious injuries.
According to the investigation, Zinin attacked the military commissariat in order to disrupt the recruitment campaign. During the interrogation he said that his brother received a summons and his friend was killed during the military actions in Ukraine in March.
By a court decision Ruslan Zinin was sentenced to 19 years of imprisonment. He will serve the first 7 years in a prison and will spend the remaining term in a special regime colony.
