Zoloft/Luvox and agression

Last night I was waching a news topic and I instantly thought about Eric Harris.

There is recently been a research project where anti-depression medication, such as Luvox and Zoloft(wich was actually mentioned), where there has been proven that there could be agresssion as a side affect of the medication.
This means that in sevaral homicide-cases, where the perpetrators were on anti-depression medication, there will probably be a review of the cases.

I think that is big news and Eric Harris crossed my mind. But does anybody of you know what the verdict was in the case against Luvox, after Columbine happened? There was a case, wasn't it? Or am I delusional?;)

One of the injured students of the shooting, Mark Taylor, sued the makers of Luvox stating that Eric Harris being on the drug was a major factor in the shooting. Apparently, Mark later dropped the charges against them.

Yes! Thanks Jenn! I forgot that it was Mark Taylor.

But the outcome of this research would suggest that he had a point.
