BIG UPDATE: The perpetrator has been identified as 32yo Joseph Couch. He is considered armed and very dangerous. At least 7 persons injured, not certain whether there were any fatalities (earlier reports said that at least 5 people have been killed).

There are very conflicting reports about a number of dead and injured people. Eyewitnesses and local media are saying 6 dead and 12+ injured but the authorities are saying about 7 persons injured and no confirmed fatalities so far. Weird.
