Uhm... Maybe that t-shirt has been printed by a street hustler, because the "Polywag" print looks so much darker than the original one. :]

As stated on their website, anyone attending the Beer Festival must be at least 21 years of age and provide a photo I.D. Since Eric would have only been 17 during the 1998 Beer Festival, he would not have been able to attend. Being that thousands of people attend every year, it wouldn't have been hard for him to get a t shirt without attending.

Well I mean, the first Pokemon game came out in September 1998 in the US...

I think that video is from March 1999? Anyways, doesn't look like a Pokemon at all lol. They might not have even heard of the thing before they killed people and then themselves.

Ahh thanks. I just found this thread because I looked for Pokemon threads on this forum. Because i had a dream where Dylan said something about Pokemon as a kid.

Pokemon was probably some little kids thing back then towards them so I doubt them or their victims being too into it

Exactly. For me this was a little kids thing and I was only CHS Freshman's age at the time. So it must have been even more so for these 18 and 17 year olds.
