The distress in he's eyes is haunting

Really sad. I find it similar to Travis the Chimp for some reason.

This is why my kids will never set foot inside a Circus. I have actually had people tell me that I was depriving my children by not letting them go to a Circus. The fact that these animals are abused and forced to perform stupid tricks and stunts to amuse the masses just pisses me off. I don't think it is depriving my kids of anything, just teaching them the difference between cruelty to animals for profit.

I have taken my kids to the Zoo several times, and even though I hate to see these huge animals in small enclosures, it is still 1000 times better then the Circus. Although I will say that some Zoos are better then others.

My guess is that it would have taken to long, and would have put others at risk. Also they didn't care, Tyke was just a dangerous animal in their eyes.
