Tsuyama Massacre

Anyone ever heard of this massacre? It was a mass shooting perpetrated by a man named  Mutsuo Toi. He was able to kill 30 people which was almost half the people in his village of Kamo. His motive was one of revenge due to the treatment he received for having tuberculosis and for being rejected by many of the village women.
There is also a movie named "The Village of Doom" which portrays the massacre in much detail.
If anyone can find any more information on this topic I would be grateful since I could only find the wiki page.

Also can't blame it on video games now.
There's a picture that's apparently of Toi dressed in his gear, similar to what Cho and other shooters did. Japanese newspapers apparently removed his face from the image though.

Did he really take that photo of himself? I heard somewhere else that it was a model/mannequin demonstration by police but it could be the other way
