Joesph Hall

Jeffrey Russell "Jeff" Hall was a plumber in Riverside, California, and the regional leader of the National Socialist Movement. On May 1, 2011, he was shot to death, with his own gun, by his 10-year-old son Joseph. The murder took place at 4 a.m. as Hall slept on his couch.

Hall was a neo-Nazi who believed in fighting for an all-white society and had said that he would die for the cause.

According to the boy, the motive for the murder was that he was tired of his father hitting him and his stepmother.

On September 25, 2011, the story of the murder was broadcast on 60 Minutes.

In October 2013, when the boy was 13, he was sentenced to seven years in juvenile prison, despite his defense attorney portraying him as a victim of both his father's racist beliefs and his violent upbringing.

The thing that makes this case so interesting is the fact that the Joe was 10 at the time, and had with a literal neo-nazi as a father. Joseph has many developmental delays and other mental challenges. Its sad that hes going to be in jail until he is 20-21 (depending on his birthday). He is missing out on his teenage years and i believe that instead of jail he should of gotten placed into foster care and got counseling.

All they did was a take a child at the age 10 who went through so much trauma and lock him up for his whole young life, he gets released to. Jail was not the right choice for him., he will comne out with problems.

Today a 10 year old got charged with a felony for stealing a car and going on an 100+mph car chase.that Russian school shooter got 6 months of therapy, and he killed 2. I think with such young ages they should be given help, not jailing

He's a traumatised kid, get him mental help instead of putting him in a prison.
