[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]It was reported that Cho filed off the serial numbers of both the Glock 19 and the Walther P22. Since he was clearly not planning on escaping or even being taken in alive, it seems odd he would go through the trouble. Even odder, he apparently kept the receipt and didn't even attempt to hide it, rendering the whole effort pointless. Given this, why did he file the serial numbers off in the first place when this served no purpose towards his mission or obscuring the gun's source?

Individuals born under these circumstances will be so out of touch with reality as to be incapable even of alienation. Their most complex behaviors will become fragmented. Acquisition, creation and utilization of ideas appropriate for life in a post-industrial cultural-conceptual-technological society will have been blocked."
