Who are some mass shooters who have been inspired by Cho?

Seung Hui Cho said that he would "die like Jesus Christ, to inspire generations of the weak and defenseless people." But how many mass shooters has he inspired? I know one of them is Wellington Oliveira who praised Cho, said Cho was his "brother" and he had a motive similar to Cho's.
But are there any other mass shooters besides Wellington who have been inspired by Cho? Considering he presented himself as some sort of martyr for bullying victims, i'd imagine that at least some mass shooters would idolize him.

Elliot Rodger, Chris Harper Mercer, Aaron Ybarra, Steven Kazmierczak, possibly William Atchison (using Cho's name as his alias on several websites, using the same gun, doing similar poses with said gun however it's unknown if he's really inspired by Cho or not).

I think William did his attack as a homage to every shooter he knew of (although with particular emphasis on Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold). His obsession with mass murder rivaled that of Lanza's.

I didn't do a lot of Rodger research, but I think his mother was Malaysian so he was half Asian, and his roommates he killed insulted their race. He also hated being half Asian. So I am not sure if he would have liked Seung because of that reason.

Kind of. On Encyclopedia Dramatica he made a massive list of hundreds of mass murderers, updating it regularly.

Maybe asa coon? He used 2 handguns 1 was .22 and .38 is similar to 9mm i think. Also happened closely together

David Sonboly may have been inspired by Cho, becaue the school shooting book he owned does feature Virginia tech (I think)

There's a clear inspiration in that David Sonboly was clearly stating that he's avenging his psychological liquidation by Turks and Albanians instead of ranting about Natural Selection or trying to get into afterlife like Eric and Dylan.

Cho was inspired by Eric and Dylan, he didn't rant and rave about Natural Selection or getting a one way ticket to heaven either.

IIRC they've cut down her story somewhat - including the court speech, I think, to make place for more sex scenes.
