The video's a joke, the human in the video is Anthony Fantano (internet's busiest music nerd) who has a YouTube channel called TheNeedleDrop to name one of few. Many made jokes (including Encyclopedia Dramatica) comparing the two because of how similar they look.

Don't see what's wrong with being a member of the NRA, anyway he wasn't a full time member, the NRA acts as a third party in giving people membership cards which acts as a discount in buying a gun.

A few of aspects of Chris' shooting remind me of Red Lake, asking if others believed in god, wearing a flak jacket (Jeff wore a bulletproof vest) and shooting at police (both got shot).
I just wanted to point that out because I wanted to.
