GTA IV is still the best game for rampaging in, especially with a vehicle.

Interesting, why IV as opposed to V?

Because there are almost no enetrable building in free play in GTA V, and the cops are unrealistic, they appear anywhere in a matter of seconds, even in the middle of the desert

Ah, now that you mention it I do remember ducking behind the walls in one of the hospitals and shooting legions of cops who had to wait for the vestibule door to open. Rampages were fun in that game, I'd kind of forgotten all about it. I didn't realize that dispatch times were so different though. I've been playing V for so long that I can't remember what cops were like in IV.

Well, of course, modding is always an option

I wonder how pissed some people will be if someone were to make a shooting mod based on Stoneman Douglas?

If Ryan Lambourn is still out there and making games, it sounds like he's got a job to do.

This was the original cut of the Point Of View PSA.
Skip to 1:30 for the shooting if you don't want see my lazy recreation of the original video.
Also don't take this seriously. I was just messing around in Sandbox.

You can use Operation Flashpoint/Arma's mission editor to make all sorts of things. I've thought about making a mass murder mission if I could find a good urban map. Maybe even a multiplayer one, you could have one team be gunmen and another be police officers/civilians trying to get out alive. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
Edit, I didn't realize this game had already been posted.

Hatred: its so edgy in a sense that it is funny at times but ultraviolent which not many games come close too
There is a columbine map for Doom

I personally use Arma 3's level editor for mass shootings, though I might try Arma 2 since Arma 3 takes too long to load. Does Arma 2 let you customize soldiers?

Nope, the modular gear system was added with Arma 3.

Darn it, I liked giving my mass shooter a custom outfit and choosing his gear before using him to massacre people. At least I have Operation Arrowhead, which has a militia apparently that seems similar to Al-Qaeda.

My friend recently told me about a game called "Tag in the Hallway", where you play as a schoolgirl who goes on a stabbing rampage at her school. It was posted on a forum about another game, called "Killing Kids at Ikeda RPG", which is probably based off SCMRPG. The game is hard to find, but the friend managed to find some gameplay.
The maker of Tag in the Hallway, eric806359, recently released a new game where you shoot up a school. You can find it on his Twitter profile, using the username I provided.

Can't really give a full list of all of the addons I used, but here are a couple.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] The school map I used in the video. Sadly it doesn't contain any NPC navigation. I ended up having to make my own from scratch. I can send that too if you want me to.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] The weapon I used in the video. Though you can use any weapon you like. REQUIRES: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Adds extra options to NPCs if you hold down C and right click on em.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] This is what I used to make friendly NPCs run away from me. I suggest setting the relations option to either "Combine" Or "No-one".
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] If you want NPCs to patrol around the map.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Makes every "Refugee" NPC spawn with a different skin.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] If you want extra blood.
That's all really.

Has anyone attempted to mod Hatred before? Like a different map or something? Or is it one of those games that you can't mod in anyway?

Steam workshop has a variety of mods, including a conversion to Third-Person view, First-Person view, adding extra weapons, and adding extra maps.
Now just don't ask me how I know all this.

POSTAL: Redux is better, Hatred seems to copy Postal and the original Postal has bad controls.

Just played eric806359's new game: Morimiya Middle School Shooting For sure one of the better games about mass murder out there. There's a bit of a learning curve within it especially as it is completely in Japanese but you eventually get a hang of the controls.

I've done some significant progress on my Stoneman Douglas map, which says a lot really, since I don't know anything about mapping. Also found a way for you to shoot through the windows of classroom doors, but that unfortunately means I have to get rid of the red doors. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Still need to work on redesigning the classrooms and also add the two other floors.
It'll pretty much be like the Columbine map.

P.T. - Main backstory revolves around a familicide. Semi-related: the cancellation of Silent Hills by Konami is a crime on par to mass murder.

Well what else am I supposed to use? Cruz listened to it before the shooting. Plus there isn't any other music fitting for the Parkland shooting.

You should upload a copy of it onto Mediafire or some other download website like the creator of the Columbine map did. That way even if it's taken down people can still download and play it.

So, I have some critique. The doors appear as errors, not only that but if I crouch I can walk into the classrooms no problem. That's pretty much it though. Fix the doors and it's good.
