Ronald Gene Simmons - Killed 14 of his family members before killing 2 more unrelated people during December 1987.
James Ruppert - Killed 11 relatives on Easter Sunday, 1975.
George Banks - Killed 13 people, 10 of whom were either girlfriends and his own children.
Roger Girerd - Killed 10 family members and a dog before killing himself.
Anatoly Onoprienko - Serial mass murderer who's first mass murder was that of a family of 10 in 1989, he would end claiming up to 52 victims.
Dipendra Bir Bikram Shah - Killed 9 family members who were the royal family of Nepal in 2001.
George Hassell - Killed 9 members of his family in 1926, it is also rumored to killed a family of four previously.
Wilhelm Brückner - Killed 9 family members in Germany in 1925 before killing himself.
Pike County Shootings - 8 members of the Rhoden family in Pike County, Ohio in 2016, Perpetrators remain unknown and uncaught.
