Subject: Did Lanza look forward to becoming infamous after his attack? Sat Mar 23, 2019 10:41 pm
I ask this because while he did things like take pictures of himself holding guns to his head, and seemed to want to kill as many people as possible, he also did things like deleting his old forum posts, trying to destroy his harddrive, killing his mom, ect.

Taking pictures of himself was probably just a fun thing he did in the moment. I don't think he cared really. I mean he killed himself 5 minutes after the attack began, he didn't seem that interested in seeing the destruction he caused. James Holmes for example was very interested in what he did.

I was just thinking to myself that he wanted to be mysterious and a big headline just like the Columbine killers. Ever thought about why there is a whole section of the forum devoted to Sandy Hook and it was one of only three incidents to not be removed as a section for inactivity?

IDK though. Lanza though one time put together a Tumblr post of Lennon's killer and two mass shooters holding guns to their own heads, which is jut like one of the pictures he took of himself, so I highly doubt the pictures didn't mean something big to him (in terms of his infamy)
