Embarrassing Attacks

I am looking for examples of rampages/attacks that ended up getting executed terribly. This thread may have sounded familiar but this time the examples may have killed a few people.

Ex: Elliot Rodger
Glasgow airport attackers
Karl Pierson
William Atchison
Possibly Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold with the cafeteria bombs.

Nasim Najafi Aghdam: She attempted to shoot up Youtube HQ because she was angry about "YouTube stifling traffic," but the videos she left behind were terrible. She didn't manage to kill anyone other than herself.

Sol Pais: Despite her "infatuation with Columbine," her alleged planned attack on the 20-year anniversary of Columbine only ended up with her killing herself.

Sky Bouche: His attack at a school on the 19-year anniversary of Columbine only ended up with one student injured (shot in the foot). Bouche was arrested immediately, saying during his arrest, "I gave up after one shot." For those who may not have already seen it, the full video of the arrest can be viewed here:

There was that attempted attack at Perry Hall High School, committed by 15-year-old Robert Gladden, who for some reason thought it was a good idea to use a double barrel shotgun for his attack at the cafeteria.
He also decided to start shooting right beside several staff members, which he did not even bother aiming at them. Though he did injure one student.
He only got two shots in before he was tackled by the staff members and subdued.

How? He wasn't taken alive and his bodycount was high. That makes him a "successful" shooter.

Also, CCTV of the shooting (as well as Vladislav's suicide photos) is available online, making the Kerch College massacre one of the rare shootings where information is freely available, without some figurehead deciding for us what we're allowed to see. Very cool.

As for "embarrassing" shooters, how about the brainlets who threatened school shootings and were then arrested? There was one just a few days ago, some black dude. Which is surprising, since black dudes are NTmaxxed so they tend not to get bullied at school or anything.

And the single injured student was a 17 year old boy with Down Syndrome.

To top it off, during a recorded phone conversation with his cousin from jail on 12/16/12, he made a joke about wishing he had gone to Sandy Hook Elementary School.

He was charged as an adult and sentenced to 35 years for attempted murder, which was beyond the sentencing guidelines.

The persona of this failed mass killer is a particularly fascinating rabbit hole to go down. My interest for criminals like this is always peaked when I find out they have multiple social media accounts that haven't been noticed or taken down immediately after their last her-ah, and this girl had them in spades.

She had an active presence on both Tumblr and DeviantArt where she would quite often threaten suicide and only occasionally murder, even stating her intent to attack her high school a month prior to the stabbing.

I did some further research and it appears that her name was Breanna Rose Long. Sadly, it seems like she took her own life on March 1st 2018. Rest In Peace.

Since I already wrote on this topic I might as well mention Brian Clyde. He was one of the biggest failures of them all.

Randy Stair was a particularly bad shooter. Those videos of him practising are just sad. Also the MLP/Danny Phantom thing.

He did achieve his objectives, though, unlike most other shooters. He killed the people he wanted to kill and then quickly and efficiently killed himself. Mission accomplished. Having said that, his body count was a bit pathetic, and he should have realized that the media will largely ignore you if you don't kill at least 10-20 or someone famous. So if it's fame he wanted, then yes, he kinda failed. Still, he'll never be completely forgotten and his art, writings, and personal videos do make this one of the more interesting and unique shootings. It's rare to get such insight into someone's personality and motivations. I guess the best way to describe this shooting would be "small and intimate", as opposed to the grandiose but impersonal massacre of someone like Stephen Paddock.

A 17 year old Elliot Rodger wannabe named Ben Moynihan. He was so upset about not getting laid that he decided to randomly stab 3 women when they walked home alone. One was 20, another was 45, and the last victim was 67. He sent letters to the police taunting them and went by the alias: "The Unhappy Geezer"

Here was the first letter given to the police:

As though that confession wasn't stupid enough, this next letter gave his identity away from the police:

He was eventually caught and sentenced to 21 years in prison. Now he's upset that everyone's making fun of him in prison.

Pekka-Eric Auvinen. He attacked his school using a pathetic .22-caliber pistol (which was almost a toy compared to real guns); he barely practised shooting before the attack; he poured gasoline all over the hallways hoping to start a fire in the school but failed to ignite it; he fired through a classroom door but only managed to hit a student in the toe; he fired at police but didn't hit them; and when he finally managed to enter a classroom, he accidentally released the magazine from his pistol while yelling to students that a revolution had begun.

Even his suicide was a failure. He lived for several hours before dying in a hospital.

But he made an impact on Finland and got into the news. People still research him today and he even has fangirls. He could've killed more yes but he's not seen as a failure as someone like Asa Coon is.

The perpetrator kind of looks like Chris Harper-Mercer. Also, the fact that he tried to commit suicide by overdosing instead of using the shotgun is a bruh moment.

Haha, yeah. He wanted to kill nonwhites yet ended up shooting whites, irony hates him. He shot the white guy in a kebab shop too. Also he tried to snipe people with his shotgun. If it was a good shotgun and not a couple pipes welded together, maybe he would've hit them. I don't get why he didn't try to get guns off the darknet like Ali.

Also, the door that he put the explosive on looked like it was flimsy and could be kicked down. Not sure why he didn't try doing that. Also it's funny how he wants to eliminated the "inferiors" or whatever yet he calls himself a loser...
