I've seen this floating around Tumblr for years, it's most likely made by some edgy Columbiner.

Definitely fake. That is the tumbling logo from the reprints. I have a new one from KMFDM as well as the original long sleeve tour '97 shirt. The logo on Eric's was bigger.

Plus all of the date and time stamps from their home videos are in the bottom right corner, not left.

Yeah, I've seen it for years on Tumblr with no real source.
