I watched a press conference earlier that stated the whole shooting lasted only 23 seconds. That's not even enough time to react to what was going on.

It's just like the school shooting in Cali not too long ago. Wonder if these low casualty quick shootings are going to become the norm.

I wonder if the shooter was actually inspired by other Incel attacks. I don't know if that 4chan post is genuine but if he wrote it, I'm sure that will get some media attention.

Death toll is low, so only Twitter "activists" will care because it'll be useful to push an agenda. Even then I have doubts.

I know that. It's just that not a lot of them actually call themselves "Incels" or mention them directly before committing an attack.

Stop call people this word. Most of shooters / mass murderers which until 25 years had problems with girls.

A lot of mass murderers could qualify as “Incel” if that’s your definition of it. Even some normal people who don’t commit any crimes can be “Incels” even if they aren’t part of the community. I was just saying that the 4chan post mentioned an “Incel rebellion” so the shooting might have been particularly motivated by lack of relationships in his life. It’s usually a small factor for most shooters, but for some, like Elliot Rodger and Alek Minassian, it’s one of the major reasons they do it.
