Despite of him talking about his aversion for several ethnic groups he also talks about delusional ideas like believing people are being monitored by a secret service and some of them can even read and control people's thoughts etc..

Was the original in english? It would seem strange for a german neo-nazi, but fitting to his video message to Americans (not gonna post it and it has been taken from youtube, you might wanna look his name up on liveleak) Also the only archives of his website are from the startpage, which is simply a stock image of a bald eagle

No, the original is in very formal German. It almost reads like a university paper... apart from the fact that the content is... you know... batshit crazy.
I just read through the whole thing. The guy was insanely paranoid and suffered from some pretty weird delusions of grandeur!
I'm gonna summarize the whole thing a little:
The whole Middle-East, most of Africa,... should be exterminated. These people don't contribute enough (or obstruct) the advancement of the human race. So we'll probably have to kill them all. His goal is basically to discover the secrets of life, existence, and the universe. And eventually, we'll have to invent time travel to go back millions of years to destroy the planet before any form of life can ever exist... to prevent human suffering?
He never had a girlfriend, because most women were too ugly and stupid for him. He had very high standards. Like movie star looks and a Ph.D. on top of it! And of course when he was interested in that one girl and it didn't work out, it was some kind of "secret agency" that set the whole thing up!
Then he didn't want a girlfriend anymore because he recognized that he'd been monitored by the mentioned secret organization for his whole life. And they'd been stealing his ideas! 9/11, Prison Brake, Vikings, certain political slogans! HIS ideas!
Oh... and they can control minds. They MADE his dad's boss fire his dad!
He went to the police multiple times, but they wouldn't do anything.
So he needed to do sth else to get attention.

Yeah... that kinda leaves me speechless... Any thoughts?

It seems this guy has paranoid personality disorder and/or narcissistic personality disorder, although I'm not a medical professional and this is just my specialisation after seeing what this guy has said.

Yea, I found the pdfs in original text by now but couldn't read through them yet. I find it quite interesting how far his paranoia and thoughts of grandeur went, e.g. with the political slogans. But what strikes me is how he weaved soccer in there, the lineup of pdfs (1. script, 2. attachment DFB (german soccer organisation), 3. attachment Iraq & Afghanistan) just seems so absurd, but from what apparently was his twitter it seems fitting as that was basically all he talked about there. Since I haven't read much yet I am still curious on how big the overlap actually is as the mention of soccer seemed pretty much at random from the gist. Also I find it interesting how he divided his life, being certain of being under surveillance only after 9/11 and also going to the police for that "illegal surveillance" by the secret agencies, I wonder how he saw those as institutes as unconnected, only later seeing they'd work together. A map of how he thinks everything connects might be interesting, but in a more early state than at the point of the attack, where it seems to be paranoid, "schizophrenic" (quotes because I don't just wanna throw that around, but lacking a better term) conspiracies.

Hmm...its quite interesting. Mental-Ilness combined with far-right ideology. Do you all think that he killed to draw attention to his conspiracy-related ",Stuff" or that he was just a Racist? Or maybe it could be both.

This Shooting got little news coverage at the time because of the covid-19 pandemic, like the Thailand shooting and the one in NS Canada.
