Who else talked to the shooters?

I know that John Savage, Valeen Schnurr, Evan Todd, Brooks Brown, and John Tomlin talked to the shooters. But according to eyewitness Joshua Lapp, a female other than Valeen Schnurr asked the shooters why they were murdering the people in the library. The shooters responded with wanting to kill for a long time. Has this been confirmed?

I believe that is Bree Pasquale. She saw Cassie get killed by Eric.
