James Dale Ritchie

James Dale Ritchie was an American serial killer responsible for the deaths of five people (including two sets of double murders) in 2016. He was found to be responsible for the crimes after his own death at the hands of the authorities after he pulled out a Colt Python pistol and opened fire.

He had a long history of drug usage and crime which included an incident where he broke into a house armed with two handguns and a set of handcuffs.

I find serial killers who use guns to be particularly interesting. I'm glad you mentioned him, he was an interesting killer.
