Lost Robert Hawkins Documents(?)

Many many many news sources speak on contents within legal and medical documents relating to 2007 mall shooter, Robert Hawkins. I've scoured a lot of places, and have stumbled upon a few people posting the resources that i'm looking for, and the majority of links are dead with exception to a single waybackable link and an unassociated mini-post. I'm aware that this is an obscure concern, but it's with my hope that these aren't gone forever.
