Randy Stair. His motive is the weirdest thing I've ever seen in relation to a mass shooting as well as the fact I watched his videos a few years ago.

I'm interested in Mutsuo Toi in part because of the time period and country he came from (Imperial Japan during the WWII years), and partly because the movie about him (Village of Doom) was just that good. The flashlight helmet thing always gets me to laugh too.
