Why wasn't he ever hospitalized for being underweight? I mean, he showed up to doctor's with constipation problem. Wouldn't anyone be concerned about that plus Adam being underweight as signs of anorexia?

Adam went on many hikes , although people with asthma can still go on hikes I doubt his parents would do that to him
