Well there is something I once possibly found, but didnt save it, and it still annoys me that I didn't save, and bet other people will be too. So here it is. So like in early 2019, I found a German PDF with a lot of unlabeled relate to German mass shootings or attacks until 2009, on there was the suicide photo of Adam Labus (which I save and posted to Reddit, you somewhat easily find that now). There was, also, an another photo of other dead person, and I didnt think much of it back then, but after a while, I started thinking the photo was a full boby suicide photo of Robert Steinhauser, even if it was partially covered by a desk, but like there is some things that make me think it was him, first the guy in the photo was wearing black clothes, like Robert, then there is a pistol close to the head of the guy in the photo and we can see for photo of his Glock after Robert's suicide, his hair, which basically says that the pistol has close to his head in the photo, because suicide and whatnot. Well that is that, sadly that PDF was deleted, didnt save it and only saved Adam Labus' suicide picture. Also here is the dead link to the PDF just to show you.

I'm amazed William Atchinson's manifesto was lost. We have god knows how many gigabytes of Randy Stair rambling and every video he made, but something so crucial to the Aztec shooting was lost? God, that's frustrating.
What do you guys think was in it?

*Excerpts of the work were published in a Japanese book on the massacre, but it is likely that it was actually written by the book's author and not Mutsuo.

My guess is that he made maybe 6 or 7 because some were featured in a memorial video created by one of his online friends. Shame that they're lost however a lost video of Matti Saari shooting a gun was found only today so I guess anything can happen with this stuff. Also could you send the link of that Randy Stair Instagram video? I remember looking for those videos for months.

Edit: Ok so after searching up 'resistantx' on Google and scrolling for about 20 minutes I did manage to find some stuff:

Jefferson County Litigation Files.

Not "lost" but sealed until 2116. In those files are four DVDs of the Basement Tapes in mpeg format. While the Sheriff's Office did destroy the original 8mm copies, as well as VHS/8mm presentation/investigation copies, those DVD copies, sitting in the Jefferson County DA's Office, survived the purge. And because they're sealed, the Sheriff's Office can legally say that as far they know all KNOWN copies have been destroyed.

That's pretty interesting. I never believed that all copies of the basement tapes had been destroyed.

I'm pretty sure I have an animation from Bastians Newgrounds account somewhere on my computer. I'm not sure how to post it here though. I have also seen clips from most of those videos on Youtube or Vimeo but they all have music tracks playing over them. I'll also put some links here of videos that are still up on Youtube and have been found.

The Nixon tapes by Eric Harris, are lost just like the basement tapes, they are tapes that Eric recorded before the massacre speaking on a microcassette.

Another lost material that interests me is the yotube videos of guilherme taucci.  He had some columbine / anders breivik edits (and maybe other content) but sometime before the massacre he put them private / deleted and left only the "practice" video with the bow that everyone knows. I don't know if these videos can still be recovered.

Edit: I tried with wayback machine but the saved captures are from the day of the attack (March, 2019) onwards

Because flash doesn't work now, I think that those videos are gone. They aren't able to be seen even through a flash emulator like ruffle.rs

The amount of Virginia Tech shooting related lost media is astounding.
11,000 pages for Columbine, 1400 for Jaylen Fryberg, 2000 for Karl Pierson, thousand of pages for Adam Lanza, but only a couple hundred for Cho.
I'd especially like to see some more of his writings, his cave drawings, and the presentation on school shootings in high school that concerned his teachers.

Also, Steven Kazmierczak and Timothy Kretschmer's school projects on school shootings.

Guilherme Taucci had a flash drive that was found in his bag when he attacked the school. The content of that flash drive was never released, although there are several theories that it was there, the content has not yet been revealed or much mentioned to the public.

Other technological media were also mentioned on various news portals. I wonder why that flash drive was not shown if it existed.

(sorry if I put a lot of suzano it is that there is a lot of lost material from this case)

Forget the basement tapes, I want the real lost media holy grail, the Jared Lee Loughner g-string selfies.
I'm also especially interested in the Alex Hribal, Anton Petterson (parts of which have been released) and Kuopio school stabbing CCTV.
Shinji Aoba's visual novels are, I believe, lost as well.
Brunon Kwiecień, an attempted Brevik copycat, apparently filmed his bomb-making process but of his four hired co-conspirators, two were government agents. Oops.

I'm honestly shocked more of an effort isn't made to archive shooter's account in the aftermath of an attack before they're inevitably deleted. One was age restricted so no way to watch. There was another one that needed javascript and flash.

It also provides a case study on another pretty obscure German shooting, Michael F. (2000 Brannenburg shooting.)

the mirror of the downloads of videos was archived, but all the videos are dead sadly. They were embeds, so I copied the video ID and pasted it in to web.archive.org and only three were archived broken.

Sent an email to that company in google translated German since I don't speak it, the company looks to be seminar education company.
So it's a shot in the dark if something happens I'll let you know.

I think I have found a lead about Bastian Bosse's multimedia manifesto. It was posted on a forum the day of the attack along with a goodbye note. It contained all his videos, photos and documents of the preparation for the attack and over 100 photos of Bastian himself. The forum where it was posted it still up, although now it is more of a research site for the shooting. I am thinking of emailing the admin of the site to ask if he still has Bastian's manifesto. I highly doubt he'll respond, as the site hasn't been updated since 2017, but it's still worth a shot.

Surprisingly, I have an update on the FOIA. Unfortunately, it is not positive news. I reached out to a German Company that was listed as helping with FOIAs and asked if there was any possible way to gain access to information on Emsdetten. Sadly, they responded that unless there were any ongoing legal proceedings with the case, then nothing could be done and that they dealt with patents, trademarks and 'design categories'.

A piece of lost media has been recently found: 'Walther P22 Target' by Wumpscut86
A clip of this video had been available, but the full version was only made available when this video was published.

I'm fairly confident the Dayton shooting autopsies are now lost media. They were posted to DocDroid after someone obtained them via FOIA, but the DocDroid was taken down, and I can't find any other copies of them.

Nothing since I emailed in September. Though, I do know that there was a link posted by Bastian to his manifesto at [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] however this page has not been archived and so is also lost media. I also think that even if I did get a response, I doubt that I would be sent the manifesto as the admin has said himself in the book he wrote about Bastian:
