I saw a small blurb on Fox News about the shooting.
I was hoping for a final police report to be released today but it seems like that won't be happening. Bummer.
The official police report is probably gonna take time. The official report of Columbine wasn't released until 2004 I believe But we had had many, many rumors on the motives by then. We had a pretty solid idea of Columbine by the time those papers came out. We know jack about Paddock. The only rumors are false flag events. We have literally no idea why he did it. Yep, I remember waking up on my birthday to this. In a different time zone, so I was awake and reading about the shooting as police were just responding. I remember it very, very well. I was reading as the count kept going up and up on the deceased and injured list. It was horrible. |

Agreed, there is very little going on coverage wise thus far. But the case was pretty much forgotten about within the first couple months, as it didn't take it long to drop out of the headlines.
There's nothing on any of my pages either that I go too... [You must be [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] and [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] to see this image.]
I wonder why it was so forgotten?
Is it that there was so little known about Paddock? I actually do think Paddock himself has A LOT to do with it. I mean he was an older, fairly wealthy man with no real motive. He seemingly just one day decided to start planning a massacre. SO despite the high number of dead, people think well he was just evil, crazy, bored with life, etc. and have moved on. The fact that NOTHING is going on with the investigation is another reason people became disinterested fast. There was simply no new information coming out or at least not enough to keep anyone's attention. |
