The Moncton police shootings, the Nova Scotia shootings and the Saskatchewan mass stabbings are cases that deserve more recognition. (albeit the Saskatchewan stabbings are only a week or so old)

Not a mass shooter, but Canada's youngest serial killer, Cody "Country Boy" Legebokoff killed three women and one teenage girl between 2009 2010. His case is pretty interesting, and one I haven't heard too many discuss.
