Being an outcast doesn't mean being friendless, but being isolated and/or humiliated by the majority of students and school community.

Didn't he call himself an outcast!? That's not normie behavior btw, i did similar things when i was in public school. But I got screwed and the majority always treated like I was lesser then them.
