Did Adam Lanza actually know how to drive?

Did he have a driver’s license and everything, or did he just improvise on the day of the shooting with his mother’s car. If he did know how, how good was he? A natural, or shit and barely did it?; (got everywhere by public transportation and walking)?

I also recall Adam being described as a careful driver, but I can't remember where. I think it was the sheltered storm, but after sifting through it a bit with ctrl+f I didn't find anything like that.

When did he get a driver’s license? Was it around the same time he registered at community college, or what? (Also why is my question getting downvoted for no reason; not sure how that makes logical sense…)

His father taught him how to drive but I'm not sure if he had a license or not.

It was required by all of the alimony stuff that Peter buy Adam a car. Adam didn't particularly want to get his driver's license but because of this, he was essentially forced to. He got his learner's permit when he turned 17 and driver's license when he turned 18. That picture of him that most are familiar with is the blowback version of it, taken in July 2010. He drove himself to and from Golfland and later Danbury AMC to play DDR. According to his "DDR friend", Adam drove to his house once and had driven them both someplace at least once.

DESPP Batch 1 Book 2 00171468.pdf logs all of his trips on his Garmin Nuvi from 4/23/2012 to 12/13/2012. He takes various trips to Danbury AMC, Whole Foods, and most notably along routes which allow surveillance of local schools.
