It was nice to see her in the Sue Klebold video as well.

i don´t like to hear that she "forgive" Tom and Sue. because i think there is nothing to forgive. she can forgive eric and dylan. the sheriff deparment, maybe the columbine high school for not do anything after so many red flags. the parents didn´t make a mistake or is it a mistake to love and to believe in your child? being blind, that´s the right words, i think.

EXACTLY.Everyone is praising Ann Marie for saying this , and yes its better than her hating on Sue but she has nothing to forgive Sue for.
Sue did nothing at all to her.
In that same post she criticizes the note she got from Eric's parents as "robotic and cold."
I know she went through a terrible ordeal, but I'm not sure what  she fairly could have expected from Eric's parents at that time since they had just lost their child and were also under the threat of crinimal prosecution at that time.Their lives were also in total shambles in those early days and for a long time after.

I think by publicly "forgiving" Sue and Tom she just means that she doesn't hate them or blame them like so many other people do.

I agree with you in that I don't think that in the case of Klebolds, they were to blame. There are families with good parents where kids grew up to do stupid things and vice versa. I hate it when people blame everything on parents. It's not like kids have a free will of their own But in the case of this girl, she's paralysed because of their son, I don't think it's fair to expect her to be completely rational. I've seen people in extreme anguish, and their anger was often misplaced. Also because we studied this case so much, we know that they were good parents - but maybe she, along with other people criticising them, didn't research this much. I imagine it would be very traumatising for her.
I wonder if these people are making a realistic assumption about Klebolds being bad parents, though - maybe Klebolds are the exception because they are good parents. I don't have statistics at hand, but I know from personal research that with serial killers at least (not the same category as E&D, but still), more often than not their home environment was far from stable.
Btw just reading the comments makes me angry and sad for Sue. The book isn't even out yet but already people are bashing her for being a bad parent, seeking attention and money. It's probably worth it for her in terms of her healing, but finally speaking out almost 20 years later, is likely to be perceived as milking her experience...
