Dosent a mass shooting have to require at least 3 people killed OR injured? so would that make minor shooters like Jose Reyes or Michael Slobadian or the Goyases shooter mass shooters? or would they just be counted as regular school shooters?

Some sources define it that way, but the FBI's definition of mass shooting specifies a minimum of 3 deaths, so they wouldn't count according to the FBI. There is a related concept that the Department of Homeland Security uses, the term "active shooter", defined as "an individual actively engaged in killing or attempting to kill people in a confined and populated area", which would include the shooters listed above.

He's not a shooter since he couldn't do anything but I think Michael Piggin's room is very impressive. I won't post pictures here because I don't know if the swastika is allowed or not but you can very easily find it by yourself.
