Most of the shooters, because only in Russia exist stupid gun laws, according to which you should have 5 years ownership smoothbore gun, before you can buy rifle (even .22).
And what doing Harris in your list? Bosse don't use rifles.

Bosse have air-gun, not .22 rifle. He even don't can buying rifle because he don't have license.
