The well-known 20sec audio leak is acctually 4 separate clips pasted together. This explains why the audio of the leak doesnt match whats on the transcript.

Based on the timeline, it would seem the audio at 9:19 is Kelly Flemming screaming

This is from the radio play thing I was talking about several time before. It is not a "leak". It is simply a interview and the German reporter (Joachim Gärtner) had a guy (I don't know who as I just skip through the whole MP3 on my disk, but he references as "we" about releasing the diaries of E&D, so I guess it's the JeffCo P.D.) explaining what's going on while playing the 911 call tape in the same room (hence the not-so-great audio quality).

The radio play is called "Hass - Mehr Hass" (Hate - More Hate!) and comes from the German station WDR (Westdeutscher Rundfunk, West German Broadcast).

I have cut out the other parts of that radio play (which is 45 minutes and basically an audio-only documentary with nothing really new) and only the relevant 3 minutes here, so you have a better context.

There is obviously some German talking over the interviewee. Here is what the German narration says:

0:02 - 0:10 - Patty is now in the library and Harris and Klebold are walking up and down in front of the library, throwing pipe bombs.

0:48 - [Narration of Patti] He just shoots. And shoots and shoots (known from the 911 call, nothing new)

1:02 - [Jeffco PD?] Making the decision to release of E&Ds personal documents was not an easy one.
1:14 - Of course these are disturbing documents, but we've asked the parents of the victims and of the wounded and they said that it might help other parents that noticed similary behaviour with their own children.
