Anders Breivik - knows Norwegian, English.
Brenton Tarrant - knows English, also knows how to read in Cyrillic.
Pekka Auvinen - knew Finnish, English.
Seung-Hui Cho - knew Korean, English.
Adam Lanza - knew English, tried to learn Chinese and German.
Vladislav Roslyakov - knew Russian, English, probably knew Ukrainian or at least understood spoken Ukrainian, given the fact the he grew up in Crimea.
Ilnaz Galyaviev - knows Russian, English, probably knows Tatar on a decent level (grew up in Tatarstan in a Tatar family, graduated from school before the hours of Tatar language were significantly reduced somewhere in 2017, actually had books written in Tatar at home).
Nasim Aghdam - immigrated to the US from Iran, knew Persian, Azerbaijani, English and Turkish.

Looks like Nasim Aghdam was the ultimate polyglot in the world of mass shooters - she knew 4 different languages from 3 different language groups (Iranian, Turkic, Germanic), same can be said about Ilnaz Galyaviev - he knows languages from Turkic, Slavic and Germanic language groups. What about others?

Pekka knew some Swedish since he had to take Swedish lessons at school, apparently he hated it. Probably was too hard for him. I think he knew some German too but was probably not fluent in it
