I've heard some people say that he did it out of a drunken rage but without getting into too much details the murders don't seem like someone who lost control each of the children were killed in a unique way from one and over also it mush take a-lot of precision and willpower to decapitate someone let alone three people another theory I've seen is that he just got mad at Samantha crying and went postal but this seems unlikely as didn't have a problem with the children acting up before in fact he was described "playful" and "good" with the children there was even one time were McGreavy scolded the mother of the three, Dorothy Elsie Urry, formally Ralph, for the way she punished one of the children. This doesn't feel like a case of Shaken Baby Syndrome (SBS)
