Shooters that were inexperienced with their weapons

Obviously, most shooters are fairly comfortable with their guns and other weapons. Were there any that were very inexperienced or completely new to theirs?

Ctirad Vitasek, Ostrava hospital shooter, The witnesses said that it was obvious that he did not know how to shoot and that it took him 5 seconds to fix a jam.

Salvador Ramos Apparently he didn't have much knowledge about weapons, he tried to find a place to train but he couldn't find a place that would accept his weapons or something like that, and he also tried to hide the weapons by all means (this is mentioned in the Uvalde police report).

Apparently Nikolas Cruz had shot the AR-15 he used to shoot up MSDHS only once before; in his garage.

That is insane. I would have never guessed a shooter with a kill count as high as his would be so inexperienced.

Interesting fact that the Encyclopedia Dramatica High Score has both professional soldiers and shooters who fired a gun for the first time during their shooting on it.

I get you’re joking, but he didn’t spray and pray, his shots were likely pretty deliberate when he did fire; it’s just the police response made his much more notable than it would’ve been otherwise. The shooting was by all accounts fairly impulsive, with him failing even to double-tap his grandmother, and just about the sole reason he did get as many as he did, was because the cops didn’t give a shit. He probably would’ve only killed like a few kids and wounded maybe one or two if it had been something more like the cases with Christopher Harper-Mercer, or Adam Lanza. (Both individuals trained with guns from a young age, and both, by all accounts from what I’ve seen being some of the most successful in doing what they wanted on the short timeframe they were given; at least in the United States).

Martin Bryant wasn't necessarily 'inexperienced' as I believe he had fired weapons prior to the massacre, but he was a piss-poor shot from what I've read. Assuming that he truly was the perpetrator, firing off rounds from the hip, headshots all-round, I'd call that a Christmas (maybe Easter would be more fitting?) miracle.
