It is very common and I hear about it all the time. They usually don’t kill a lot of people. Here’s some examples:

Andy Williams 2 killed
Gabe Parker 2 killed
Tj lane 3 killed

One day, i predict a mass shooter will somehow, depite the security, steal weapons from a police department or the military somehow.

The .22 Rifle that Thomas Mair used was stolen, it caused the gun owner to loose his gun licence. There is no second ammendment in the UK.
