I've heard from some places that Lanza apparently had a disorder where he couldn't feel pain, but I can't find any actual sources of this. Is this a myth, or is there actually evidence of it being true?

I have found some articles mentioning his supposed inability to feel pain that were written shortly after the shooting, like this one. However, I heavily doubt that Lanza couldn't feel pain. It just seems like one of the many unverifiable rumors that appeared about him after the shooting.

I always found it to be unreasonable. He was pretty shaken by a head injury at some point so it doesn't make much sense. It seems like an assumption based on the inhuman persona that was presented by the media.

It's not uncommon for children/people with autism to be referred to as "not feeling pain", autistic people can have a higher pain tolerance than others but more importantly they might not react like other people when feeling pain. Granted, I don't think Adam necessarily had a high tolerance for pain, I think it was more a stereotype/rumor spread about him when he was younger that found it's way out after he died.
