i know there's some confusion over his political affiliation and motive, but surely a likely explanation is that he just did it cuz it would've been funny, no? imagine being the sole catalyst for the entire western world losing its shit and the only reason behind being that he had too much spare time on his hands after graduating and wanted to have some shits n gigs.
it'd be far more impactful than pwning some randoms at a mall or school and he could have a somewhat clean conscience about it seeing as trump (along with most presidents) is likely a sociopath.

There was a theory on Reddit that stated he was originally going to be a school shooter and actually threatened to shoot up the school and put bombs in the bathrooms when he was a Freshman but luckily for him no action was put against him. The theory states that school shootings are so common like a big one every few years that its not as infamous and historical as it once was and then all of a sudden trump comes to town and he decided to do it. Interesting and morbid.
